These legal issues germinated from technology advancement, re-structuring of State Electricity Boards, Fuel Supply Agreements (FSA) , Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Privatisation in the sector. Addressal of such issues calls for an integrated approach from Legal, Financial& Technica/ perspectives.
