D & D has, over a period of time, developed considerable expertise in the lawrelating to Debt Recovery by Banks and Financial Institutions as laid down in the Recovery of debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions ,Act, 1993. In Northern India, D & D is handling Recovery cases before the DRTs in Delhi, Chandigarh andJaipur as weil as Appeals before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. D & D is also advising c/ients (negotiating on their behalf) regarding One Time Settlement(OTS) with Banks and Financiallnstitutions.
